SKATING SKILLS TESTS:
Skaters must obtain various skating levels to compete at the competitions mentioned above. These tests are conducted when enough skaters have been identified by their coaches to undergo, following which a date is set and official judging takes place. Please take note of the required dress code for this event.
Skaters try to qualify for the National Championships (or International Participation) by trying to obtain the minimum qualifying score to represent the province. These scores can be obtained at a Provincial or Inter Provincial Championship or if so required at a STAR TEST, a test specifically set up to the requirements of an official competition.
